Vivid Seats:

As Chief Marketing Officer for Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT) Tyra Neal was charged with building Vivid Seats’ new brand identity prior to their initial public offering. She developed and launched the award-winning “Real Rewards for Real Fans” campaign and drove 7 straight quarters of record sales—growing both top & bottom lines by 25% in the most recent year.  She re-engineered Vivid Seats’ loyalty program and revamped the MarTech stack leading to informed, personalized consumer journeys and growing the mix of highly accretive repeat orders by 8%.

Consulting Spotlight
