Ron worked with an industry leading retailer with sales in excess of US$2b that was struggling with the consequences of 8 years of consistent decline in traffic, sales and employee engagement and the threat of online disruption. He partnered with the leader and his executive team to implement a new management system and change cultural norms and expectations. The result of these efforts was a complete turnaround of performance with increases in traffic, customer conversion, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, revenue and comparative sales.
