  • Identifying $40MM in annualized profit growth through creation of 5 individual growth platforms via segmentation, customer analytics, and operational benchmarking
  • Building several models, tools, and 90-day implementation roadmap to support platforms
  • Implementing detailed testing A/B agenda including resources, investments, expected ROI by stage. Established $8M run-rate profit growth in Year 1
  • Training sales, marketing, and operations teams on capabilities needed for ongoing success
