Semdrive: When I was at Semdrive, a Costa-Rican based digital SEO marketing firm, I was accountable for the Company’s P&L, Revenue and EBITA targets. I personally delivered 75% annual sales growth, with 60% margin, via key enterprise partnerships, strong focus on renewals and new offerings.  I created and executed a two-year growth plan by identifying and analyzing key growth opportunities by focusing on key channel networks.

I developed and executed an expanded channel strategy via key Fortune 100 Companies (for example, Microsoft, HP, SAP) partnerships. In aggregate, this resulted in predictable, net-new annuity business that accounted for 55% of the company’s revenue.

Helped T-Mobile For Business (TFB) develop a growth plan through an indirect channel (or two-tier channel with distribution). Developed the business case including all execution-oriented elements such as a marketing and enablement plan. Also, co-led a pilot to recruit and on-board two distributors and their associated channel partners, respectively, to drive net-new Gross Adds and New Lines. Pilot ultimately led to the EVP supporting the development of a brand-new T-Mobile Partner Program.
