During her time at PetSmart, the retailer grew from 400 locations to more than 1,300, and transformed to an omni-channel operator.  Among her accomplishments, Debbie led re-brand efforts and re-launched with a fully integrated $20MM+ ‘Happiness in Store’ campaign, driving record sales and customer growth.  She also developed vision and roadmap for 1:1  integrated Marketing, delivering personalized content across Marketing touchpoints and the customer experience.

As the Chief Brand Officer at Massage Envy, Debbie led the development of the vision and next-phase growth strategy, to transform the brand to a Total Body Care wellness platform, creating opportunities for new products, services ane revenue growth. She developed a wellness focused communication platform and marketing plan that grew brand awareness from 23%-41% and increased customer actions/demand by 23%.  She also partnered with IT to build the innovation roadmap for a best-in-class digitally-enabled customer experience
